Job Description

  • Assist in daily client-specific audit procedures. 

  • Perform daily spot audits on the production floor, checking live jobs for correct components, print quality, and tap test. 

  • Conduct monthly SOP audits via observation and employee interview. 

  • Perform quality control on incoming components and perform inspections on outgoing products as needed.

  • Store, organize, and dispose of quality samples according to retention policy. 

  • Ensure compliance with all RRD SOP’s and quality procedures on the production floor. 

  • Assist in documentation of inspections, audits, and best practices. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in the print industry preferred. 

  • Ability to work independently and productively with limited supervision. 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office / Google Suite skills. 

  • Ability to read and interpret production data.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.00 - $24.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
