Job Description

The Global Data Coordinator is part of the operations and special projects team. The role supports internal/external clients primarily through running data queries, ensuring data integrity and confirming the accuracy of outputted results. This position manages among other projects, the disposition process of the Firms archived physical documents.

*This role offers hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operational and special project data, reporting and technology needs e.g. test cases creation to support user acceptance testing of technology
  • Generate and analyze reporting for clients and internal procedure requirements
  • Compare data from multiple sites and target inconsistencies
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Provide feedback of workflow including recommendations for increased efficiency
  • Ability to create clear and accurate procedures and update as processes evolve
  • Respond directly to internal clients with reporting and information to questions as directed
  • Complete projects by agreed upon deadlines

Qualifications

  • Data Analyst background
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with the highest level of attention to detail
  • Analyze reports and develop pathways to turn them into actionable insights
  • Experience working with data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Ability to interact professionally with management, clients and vendors
  • Excellent presentation skills including being a vocal contributor in meetings
  • Previous experience in document/records management department desired
  • Previous working experience creating and maintaining complex databases
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal direction, referring to resources to solve issues
  • Independent, organized, efficient and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • High School Diploma; College preferred

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $44,300 to $72,800 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
