Job Description
a) Oversee and releasing prototype High Voltage (HV) wiring harnesses.
b) Identifying and helping in procuring long lead components.
c) Build detailed HV wiring harness Bill of Material (BOMs).
d) Identify in-lines and eyelets that are readily available.
e) Work with Prototype Build Engineering to procure long lead components.
f) Coordinate sample requests for component suppliers.
g) Assess and package HV wiring harness design.
h) Provide technical interface to the advanced/ production HV wiring and prototype build team.
i) Work with designers to develop HV wiring harness packaging (3D/ 2D) and resolve issues.
j) Coordinate with designers and support teams to ensure all necessary TeamCenter tasks are completed.
k) Attend design reviews/coordination meetings, etc., as needed.
l) Determine the HV wiring effect for BULLETINS and PRODUCT PLAN changes and provide electrical build support
Troubleshooting onsite at the Chrysler Technical Center (CTC) build shops as required.
Qualifications
Experience with STELLANTIS vehicle development, BUSINESS Processes and Tools.
NX and Teamcenter-11.
Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams/Google are normally used.
English is the official language for communication and documentation.
Electrical knowledge of electricity principles.
Must be able to read schematics/wiring diagrams, and good communication and organizational skills.
Accountability, proactivity, target orientation, clarity of communication /presentation and aptitude for problem solving.
Understanding of HV wiring and vehicle packaging and assembly requirements.
