Job Description

The Aircraft Structure Assembler is a critical part of the aircraft assembly process. The position requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure assembly and skill to complete the allocated tasks on Quality and On time.

The Structure Assembler must possess a high level of integrity, the ability to communicate clearly, and be flexible to work across three shifts. The Structure Assembler must be able to work alone and as part of a team in a high pressure environment to enable the delivery of a High Quality Aircraft and On Time Delivery to internal customers (TAKT). 
 

  • Complete allocated tasks on Time and on Quality. 
  • Understand the Qualification process and be a SI (self inspector) stamp holder within the first 6 months on Station. 
  • Understand the build process and specifications within your allocated Structures Station. 
  • Coordination with other team members to ensure delivery schedule is met. 
  • Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents. (e.g.uality standards, drawings and SOI’s)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 3 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent

  • Previous hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools
