Job Description

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will play a key role in defining the technical vision and architecture for our products and services, ensuring they are built with efficiency, reliability, and security in mind.

Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties:
Architecture Design & Development:
-Define and document the overall architecture of software systems, including application, data, and infrastructure components.
-Lead the design and development of microservices architecture and APIs.
-Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and standards.
-Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improving the architecture.

CI/CD Implementation & Optimization:
-Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
-Select and configure appropriate tools and technologies for CI/CD, including build servers, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
-Optimize CI/CD processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and speed of delivery.
-Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration of CI/CD pipelines with existing infrastructure.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
-Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
-Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in software architecture and CI/CD.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
-Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to software architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
-Develop and implement solutions to address architectural challenges and improve system performance.
-Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience:
-Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
-Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
-Strong understanding of different CI/CD tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
-Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
-Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
-Solid understanding of architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design.
-Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Additional Information

Place: Naucalpan, state of Mexico

Hybrid model: almost 2 days per week at office

Experience: more than 5 years in the Automotive Industry
