Job Description
This is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions, benefits administration, IMSS and REPSE manage.
Responsibilities
- Handling of payroll-related activities and reports (payroll calculation, IDSE, SUA)
- Administration of benefits for the employees (food vouchers, save founds, etc)
- IMSS law as well as registers, cancellations and modifications and INFONAVIT law knowledge
- Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
- Experience in ICSOE and SISUB control and send.
- Cross-functional work with other departments
- Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or Administration related (Title and professional license requered)
- Minimum 3 ideal 5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist
- English request B2
- Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
- Working experience with ERP systems
