• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, adhering to appropriate manuals and regulations
• Document all work performed accurately and in compliance with industry standards
• Operate ground support equipment and assist with various maintenance tasks, including engine removal/installation and component repairs
• Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as required
• Comply with Environmental Health & Safety policies and participate in 5-S activities
• Assist with maintenance at off-site locations and perform other duties as needed, including fuel/de-fuel operations
• Work safely and efficiently, adapting to various weather conditions and non-standard schedules as necessary

• A&P license required
• Minimum 2 years' experience on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Own basic set of hand tools with inventory & control ability
• Ability to work overtime, on non-scheduled days, and in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and using basic PC applications
• Willingness to obtain necessary qualifications (e.g., Ground Support Equipment, SIDA badge)
