Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing time studies, creating BI reports, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data reporting and actionable insights.
  • Conduct time studies to evaluate the efficiency of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • trong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and techniques (time studies, process optimization, etc.).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
