Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in process control and improvement within a fast-paced operational environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operational efficiency, identifying process bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our operational goals and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Monitor, analyze, and control key operational processes to ensure they align with company standards and performance targets.
  • Work closely with department managers and operational teams to track process performance and make adjustments to meet production or service goals.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and improvement within operations to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations support, process control, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of process control techniques and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
