Job Description

ServiceNow Credentials can be achieved by anyone, ServiceNow customers, partners, employees and students from Universities or Academia
Individuals can build a meaningful career with ServiceNow certification which is a formal recognition and Validation of job-specific expertise, proves understanding of specific standards and Professional credibility, certifications are also recognized around the world providing Global recognition
- Execute the strategy and management of certification exams at national, and regional Academic Partnerships as assigned.
- Be a trusted advisor and guide the students and take complete responsibilities related to candidate testing, eligibility, and certification exams.
- Responsible for all communication-related Certification exams to all students from universities and institutions under the ServiceNow Academic Partnership
- Take ownership of motivating the students and deliver seminars, webinars, and workshops and talk about the value of ServiceNow certification.
- Take full responsibility of providing Certified students to partner and customers “early in career program” hiring
Report on Certification assessment and health of the assigned academic partnership relationships including KPIs
- Work and liaison with Partner experience and cross-functional teams and contribute to increasing Certification exams volume / Unique credentialed individuals from ServiceNow partners in the country
- Work closely with ServiceNow certified students, develop workplace skills, career ambition workshops, build confidence, grow interest and inspire
- Maintain metrics, dashboard, and data analysis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 6+ years’ experience in a program or business management position
- Strong partnerships background along with a Project management mindset, a passion for detail, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with Universities and promoting Student certification exams
- Experience working across a range of cultures and working with global programs.
- Commitment to justice, inclusivity, and equity
- Ability to accept feedback graciously and integrate it into system/process improvement.
- High degree of autonomy, versatility, personal initiative, intrinsic motivation, and self-management skills
- Experience working collaboratively and effectively on diverse teams or with a diverse range of people.
- Knowledge of and/or ability to interface with regional academic institutions and their cultures
- High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability
- Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into programs.
- Effective networking and cross-functional connectivity skills
- ServiceNow experience or certification preferred, can be a plus
