In this role, you will report to our Sr. Manager, DEI Programs & Partnerships. You’ll be responsible for fostering external strategic partnerships, supporting program initiatives, and collaborating across the DEI team and employee resource groups to deliver professional development opportunities for our employees. You will work across the DEI team to provide critical input and feedback into our core initiatives to ensure we are focused on the areas that will ultimately drive professional growth and the greatest impact across the enterprise.
What you get to do in this role:
Perform external market research and benchmarking on DEI-focused strategic partners to help identify the right external partners for ServiceNow, including a regular assessments of current partnerships. Examples of strategic partners may include organizations such as Catalyst and Disability: IN.
Manage portfolio of selected strategic partners – own relationships and operationalize partner strategies that align with inclusive employee development objectives, while also focusing on return on investment
Collaborate with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to plan and execute events that foster professional growth and learning opportunities for our employees
Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, communications, participant engagement, and post-event evaluation.
Develop metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and associated events and offerings, including participant engagement and feedback and overall impact on inclusion objectives.
Partner across DEI team to identify participants for partnership events
Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Provide support for leadership development programs led by the DEI team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Strong project management and organizational skills, including focus on defining and tracking progress and success metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Track record of managing successful external partnerships and/or vendor relationships
Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence employees and leaders
Ability to analyze and understand data to drive decisions, develop insights, tell stories, and measure impact
High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgement. Ability to navigate challenging and sensitive conversations with empathy
