Planning and Decision Making:

High-priority projects require input from all R&D software teams at varying levels. Currently, each department manager handles their team’s contributions, resulting in separate Points of Contact for the Project Manager, Project Engineering Coordinator. This fragmented approach leads to significant management overhead, inefficiencies, and an increased risk of errors, all contributing to higher business costs.

Each Department Manager spends an estimated 1-2 days per week (8-16 hours) coordinating these efforts, which adds up to 1-2 full working weeks per week across the teams. Additionally, inefficient allocation of just 1% of the R&D resources per day incurs an estimated hidden cost, with the actual cost likely being much higher.

Delays that damage our reputation as well as delaying our roadmap and ability to optimize revenue as we cannot keep our commitments due to the constant shift of resources by lack of insight and oversight

  • Technology leaders
  • Program leaders
  • Industry Directors
  • CoE / Manufacturing Plant Functional leads and staff
