Job Description

Summary:

The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our dealership operations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, file, and scan car deal paperwork
  • Receive and cancel warranty products (finance, aftermarkets)
  • Process fast-track invoices
  • Maintain office supplies 
  • Will be trained on Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks to support Accounting team

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable scanning and filing paperwork on a daily basis
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad and typing

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly):

  • $20.00 - $21.00 / hour

*The Office Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $21.00*

 

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days / 2 days off
  • 8am-5pm (Monday through Friday)
  • May require some weekend work based on business needs on the first and/or last week of the month (must be open to a Saturday or Sunday once a month)
