Job Title: Lead Developer (Java, Spring, Sybase, AWS)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Lead Developer with 10-15+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Sybase, JDBC, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design, develop, and optimize applications using Java, Spring, and JDBC.
• Work with Sybase for database development and optimization.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Ensure best coding practices, performance, and security standards.

Required Skills:
