Job Description
Our Employee Relations Business Partners work with management and employees on all employee relation issues. ER Business Partners are instrumental in policy interpretation, creation and discerning violations. We are looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner that can help us build and scale our Employee Relations function, conduct investigations, and consult with management, employees and HRBPs on employment matters.
Qualifications
You will:
Conduct investigations with varied levels of complexity, including drafting responses, conducting interviews, compiling documentation, reviewing systems, writing reports.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal team and HR Investigations team to recommend and implement solutions
Build and maintain ER metrics and review on a quarterly basis review
Create insights from data to diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations
Identify efficiencies for employee relations and investigations practices. Support operationalization of core practices and processes
Provide guidance to HRBPs on a myriad of issues including:
Policy interpretation
Policy violations
Performance management
Support internal projects/initiatives as needed
This role reports to the HR Advisory Lead
Additional Information
You have:
Experienced professional with a demonstrated understanding of employee relations
Proven to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
5-8 years related experience or as an HRBP with demonstrated employee relations experience
Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Able to build strong partnerships and work closely with managers, senior leaders, Legal and HR colleagues
Superb communication skills including effective listening and writing. Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner
Consistently exhibits high levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
