Senior Marketing Designer, Bitcoin Wallet
- Full-time
Company Description
Job Description
We're building a bitcoin wallet for the next 100M bitcoin users - importantly for people around the world who likely haven’t yet used bitcoin as a savings tool or for its payments capabilities yet. Our goal is economic empowerment -- starting with bringing easy-to-use, reliable wallet that helps people around the world own and manage their bitcoin, rather than having to rely on a number of tools and services that don’t work well together and are challenging to use for a wide global audience.
Our goal is to make the future of money intuitive, and safe while enabling customers to build a better financial future. We're assembling a team experienced in an extremely wide range of disciplines, including business, operations, design, software, hardware, security, and so many other aspects of product delivery. Come build the future of money with us!
We’re hiring a Brand / Marketing Designer to join our global team spread across London, Amsterdam, New York and San Francisco. We’re looking for a stand-out designer to help us visually communicate how the product we’re building helps customers safely own and manage their bitcoin.
This is a rare opportunity to help us craft our marketing design from scratch and play a vital role in the global launch campaign for our product. Along with our Marketing Lead, you’ll own and deliver creative assets for our marketing channels including paid social, CRM, display, SEO content, and partner marketing, and support with asset creation for our website, including marketing pages, e-commerce site, and app store screens. Along with our Marketing Lead, you’ll own the briefs and delivery of key projects including photography, videography and animation, working with internal teams, agencies or freelancers to deliver specialist assets for use in our marketing materials. It’s a unique chance to gain experience delivering a global product launch for a product that aims to improve the way people manage their money.
Your first priority will be to deliver the marketing visual and creative assets we need to launch the product globally. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead on the creative production as part of our go-to-market strategy, delivering creative assets that resonate effectively with our audience. Post-launch, on the day-to-day you’ll work with our marketing, product, partnerships, CS and UX design teams to deliver creative for “always-on” channels, contribute to experimentation, and design marketing that drives highly effective growth.
We’re a startup building a new product and an entirely new consumer-facing brand (yet-to-be named!) within an established larger tech company. So you’ll have the autonomy and speed of working in a small team, with the support and resources of a $41bn company. You’ll be connected to the wider design community from other parts of the company — Square, Cash App, Spiral, and Tidal — so you’ll have a chance to lean on experienced designers as sounding boards, without losing the ability to move quickly and have autonomy.
This role can be based anywhere remotely in the US, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, among other countries. And if you prefer an office environment, we have team-members working in offices in New York, and London, as well as offices in other cities including St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia and other locations.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we tell the world about a pioneering product that could change the way people think about bitcoin. You can learn more about what we’re building through our newsletter here.
