Job Description

To provide leadership, guidance, coaching and support to the Disposal Function within the PPB Business in order to recover all movable assets for Vehicle and Asset Finance, manage risk, achieve targets and align to best practices. To achieve goals in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements whilst managing risk and reward, risk predictability and stakeholder management.

Type of Qualification: Diploma / Degree
Field of Study: Banking or Equivalent 

Experience Required
Credit Risk – PPB
Risk & Corporate Affairs
5-7 years
Experience in overseeing the day-to-day management of collections contact centre (Inbound and Outbound), credit systems, processes, and managing the employees executing an integrated SBSA (Standard Bank South Africa) customer debt management process, recovery strategy and operating model. Experience in managing the compliance and mandated process and procedures within a collection's environment.
