Job Description

To function as point of contact for customer first-call resolutions, in the Commercial Card product, later on across all Business Lending products, and to negotiate suitable repayment arrangements in such a manner as to retain, educate and rehabilitate the customer.

Inbound and Outbound Collections contact centre experience – early, late, and legal collections in the card environment.
