Job Description

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This role is not open to relocation.  Only candidates who have residency and right to work in the Isle Of Man can be considered.

To own, localise and execute the Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) strategy (including Local Corporates) for the Isle of Man. Deploys locally relevant client value propositions in strategically important sectors in order to deliver scale, client value, and bank commercial value in line with our business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

  • Post Graduate Degree - Business Commerce


Experience Required :

  • More than 10 years
  • Significant experience in all facets of Business and Commercial Banking, including heading up a business unit or segment.  Knowledge and experience of the Isle of Man business and commercial clients.  Trust & Corporate Service Providers (TCSP's), e-Gaming industry and their needs and their markets.  Must have solid experience gained from an extended period of industry experience, demonstrable ability in high-level leadership in organisations of comparable size and complexity.

 

Key Outputs : 

  • Accountable for overall risk management and adherence to all governance standards
  • Adhere to all license requirements for the BCB in the Isle of Man
  • Anticipate and respond to the changing needs of markets, clients and industries
  • Apply a strong working knowledge of value and supply chains with an ability to articulate strategies
  • Co-create, monitor, deliver and manage the in-country execution of the BCB strategy in alignment with Group requirements
