Job Description
To log and process fleet maintenance (e.g. All asset classes) quality authorisations, by diagnosing technical reports submitted by customers, dealers and franchise centres. To engage with customers and merchants by negotiating and making sound recommendations regarding repair work methods and providing the various options available.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification:
Secondary/High school/Matric required
Qualified Automotive Motor Mechanic (Red Seal)
Experience Required
Business Solutions
Business & Commercial Banking
3-4 years
Experience at a franchise dealership or reputable retail workshop facility as a service advisor where technical skills are required.
