Job Description
To proactively promote a deep relationship-based offering related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank (i.e. optimising client experience, building deep relationships and create profitability for the bank).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, Commerce, Business or related.
Additional Information
2 years: Branch banking experience, with exposure to universal banking, credit and overall client service.
Understanding of the SME Market and how businesses in the sector operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake all routine requirements related to taking on new Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business.
- Maintain existing business on the portfolio.
- Effectively provide support to achieve all sales and other financial targets.
- Liaise with clients regarding SME products.
- Identify cross-selling and migration opportunities.
