Job Description

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This role is not open to relocation.  Only candidates who have residency and right to work in the Isle Of Man can be considered.

To provide end-to-end secretarial support to a Senior Executive by acting as the first point of contact to ensure all administrative requirements are handled within the required timeframes and standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

  • Diploma in Office Administration
  • Diploma in Public Relations


Experience Required :

  • 8 - 10 years experience 
  • Significant experience in all aspects of supporting a senior person in the management of their office

Key Outputs :

  • Coach, mentor or supervise less experienced personal assistants, team assistants or office administrators
  • Develop the leave plan for the year, approve leave and payroll items for the Executives subordinates
  • Draft and compile communications, speeches, articles, briefings and project proposals, board papers, agendas, reports and other documents
  • Drive and co-ordinate the end-to-end organisation of meetings by ensuring required attendees are available
  • Format meeting packs and presentations into company CI and most presentable formats
