Job Description
To build and lead the structured debt solution capability across markets within the BCB region. To design, develop & implement scalable & profitable structured debt solutions i.e., business and commercial non-scored, non-vanilla lending, including Leverage finance, Structured trade finance, structured lending & advisory services. To grow the business into a market leader through effective structuring, origination, active asset portfolio management & delivery of bespoke lending transactions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with client coverage and segments in understanding clients’ needs and responding accordingly to them. Concluding and leading multiple complex Debt Solutions across multiple portfolios i.e. products, sectors, clients and / or countries. . History of successfully managing a portfolio of clients.
More than 10 years
Experience in developing, designing and delivering structured cashflow and asset-based lending solutions. Significant experience in the structuring of complex transactions, deal making, risk management, developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth etc. Leading client engagements and act as the trusted lending advisor and partner by providing expert opinion, insights, advice and best in class solutions to meet the clients' needs.
Incumbent can also be based in East Africa.
