About Occupational Health (HSS)
Occupational health functions are trusted advisors to management, aligned with business goals, and deliver supportive strategies. We foster a proactive health and safety mindset, where employees actively participate and view health and safety as shared responsibilities. Our approach is broad and future-oriented, focusing on early risk identification and prevention to avoid any harm or injury to people and build future capabilities.
Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, with governance structures following best practices. Our guidance and tools support continuous improvement and support our safety culture, a safe and healthy workplace without injury or harm.
You’ll be part of a team that combines expertise, experience, and innovation to drive the development of renewable energy.

- Visit one of our power plants to see how renewable energy is produced in practice.
Examples of Tasks You Might Work On
Depending on the needs of the department and your interests, you may work on:
- Analyze data from Lesson learned and investigations
- Analyze data from usage of occupational health service providers and collect global data on the use of different health insurance in Statkraft
- Work in Microsoft products to support the department with creation of different products such as, presentations, power BI, steering documents, etc
Tasks will be tailored to ensure you work on areas that excite and engage you the most!

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for students who:
- Are passionate about renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
- Have strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
- Are motivated, proactive, and enjoy working in teams.
- Are studying health and safety, energy and environment, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, data analysis.
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

Practical Information
- Duration: Mid-June to mid-August 202x. The program includes two weeks of vacation (Week 30 and 31).
- Location: Lilleaker, Oslo
- Final Presentation: The program concludes with interns presenting their work to management and colleagues (in English).
