Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious working student who shares our passion for process excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving organizational goals. Your tasks:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and map current processes using established tools and methodologies
- Create, review, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) using defined templates to ensure processes are well-documented, standardized, and scalable
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather input, share insights, and align on process improvement initiatives
- Support the organization and facilitation of meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and the strategic roadmap.
- Track project deliverables and progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to identify and address key challenges
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- You have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and hands-on approach to challenges
- Knowledge of Operational/Process Excellence methodologies is an advantage
- Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Power BI, is a plus
- You manage your time effectively, set priorities, and meet your goals
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Norwegian and/or German is a bonus
