Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. (DHP) is an Albanian registered company, part of the Norwegian Statkraft Group. In line with a Concession Agreement, DHP is responsible for the implementation and operation of the Devoll Hydropower Project along the Devoll River, in southeast Albania.

The position of Mechanical Technician for operation and maintenance of Statkraft’s Power Plants in Devoll River, will be part of a professional team that is responsible for managing the mechanical engineering tasks and maintenance planning of Banja and Moglice HPPs. The position shall report to the Maintenance Manager.

Mechanical technician profile At least 2 years of previous experience in HPP in similar roles Knowledge, as well as understanding on maintenance and operation processes of: equipment under pressure (water, oil and other gases like air, SF6, N2 etc) electro-mechanical equipment in hydropower plants Turbines ( vertical and horizontal shaft)Governor General knowledge of the operation in hydropower plants equipment General knowledge of hydraulic equipment, drainage systems, confined spaces. HSSE Use of workshop equipment: welding, cutting, milling. Communication and reporting skills Fluent in Albanian and English High level of integrity
