Job Description
Sutherland now seeks Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance for customers of our major gaming client. In this role, you will bring your positive energy, enthusiasm and expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers, on site at our Windsor center. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you each and every day.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
- The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and/or call center
- High school diploma or equivalent
