Specialists in this role get to:

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
• Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
• Hosting and attending college career days for students and recent graduates and promoting employer brand.
• Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
• Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our Academe Connect programs and open positions.
• Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design campus programs.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or recruitment.
• Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.
• Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
• Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Great networking abilities.
