In this dynamic role, you’ll be delivering impactful training programs, ensuring teams are empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in digital trust and safety

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance knowledge of digital trust and safety protocols.
• Deliver engaging training sessions through a variety of formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
• Assess the training needs of team members and stakeholders by analyzing performance metrics and conducting regular consultations.
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, such as guides, manuals, and multimedia content, to ensure alignment with the latest industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to help them apply trust and safety principles in their daily responsibilities.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital trust and safety to incorporate into training programs.

Here's what you will need in your toolkit:

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level
• Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms or digital tools for training is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
