Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Social Security Affiliation: Take charge of the affiliation process for new hires to social security systems (ARL, AFP, CC, EPS, etc) and make sure they are correctly implemented and compliant with local regulations.

• Manage HRQueries: Handle and resolve related queries using SAP SuccessFactors, including compensation adjustments, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other essential HR transactions.

• Employee Terminations & Exit Processes: Oversee the accurate preparation of exit documents, ensuring compliance with labor laws and social security requirements.

• Accuracy & Compliance: Be the gatekeeper for error-free transactions by ensuring each action is meticulously executed to avoid any legal issues, safeguarding the organization and employees.

• Confidentiality First: Exercise the utmost discretion while handling highly sensitive information, adhering to strict data protection policies.

• Collaborative Work: Partner with Support areas to streamline and optimize processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, transfers, and separations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to interact with globalteams.

• Experience in Global HR Shared Services is preferred, roles involving processing queries in systems will also be considered.

• Attention to Detail: A natural eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all GHRS transactions—your precision is key to maintaining compliance and protecting the organization.

• Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with care and integrity.

• Preferrable proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors orsimilar systems and have a strong command of Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and social security requirements in both Mexico and Colombia is highly preferred.

• Experience with social security affiliations and termination processes
