Job Description

As a Talent Sourcing Manager, you will set the path to success by overseeing activities that would promote Sutherland as the employer of choice. You are also expected to:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various schools, government, and private organizations.
  • Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with Sutherland and Government policies
  • Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives
  • Manage recruitment budget
  • Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates
  • Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports

Qualifications

 Required Skills 

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
  • 3-5 years solid experience in digital recruitment marketing or online talent sourcing preferably in the same industry
  • Excellent presentation, data analysis and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
  • Capable to generate new ideas and manage them into reality
  • Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
