Job Description
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We currently have fixed-term opportunities available which range from 6 weeks to up to 3 months to cover staff vacancies.
You will be required to support our Service Divisions and/or Faculties with administration support in the following:
- Assisting a team through a range of administrative functions
- Updating internal databases student/academic eg SSO, Canvas
- Processing admissions and enrolments
- Preparing and formatting documents/reports
- Responding to queries from Staff and Students
- Organising meetings, functions and events
- Co-ordinating agendas and taking minutes
- Diary management & travel bookings
- General finance administration
- Written correspondence
- Updating marketing materials and maintaining online web content
We are looking for candidates who hold recent and relevant experience within the tertiary sector or have previously worked in large organisations.
You are required to have a minimum of intermediate skill level within the MS Office Suite and must be available to start immediately, we may be able to work with a 1 week notice period.
