• Development of procurement and contract strategies to enhance value and mitigate risk.
• Preparation of tender and contract documentation.
• Effective management of the entire procurement process, including coordinating bid clarifications, evaluating bid documents, and preparing bid reports.
• Management of end-to-end procurement services for construction and construction-related projects and programs.
• Development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.
• Engagement with the market and supply chain at national and international levels.
• Provision of expertise to integrate sustainability into procurement competitions.
• Preparation of tender documents and review of contract documents prepared by others.

• You have a completed technical or university degree with a focus on construction engineering.
• You bring approximately 5 years of relevant experience in the procurement of CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical or oil & gas sectors.
• You impress with excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills, determination, empathy, as well as enjoyment of challenging large-scale projects.
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
