Twist Biosciences is recruiting a Field Marketing Coordinator to support field marketing initiatives and tactics. In the role (s)he will work on both a strategic and tactical level to execute on campaigns and programs designed to enable penetration of specific target markets through increased awareness and customer engagement. (S)he will provide regional market assessment, focusing on customer segmentation, regional trends, and customer behavior to enable optimization of marketing strategy and tactics. In addition, (s)he will also be an integral resource for deploying customer voice surveys and liaising with key accounts in coordination with account managers and the product management team A key aspect to this role is the management and execution of tradeshows and other regional promotional activities and subsequent lead capture, scoring and nurturing to enable delivery of measurable ROIs. (S)he must possess a unique blend of startup style "get-it-done" mentality as well as the rigor associated with mature field operations. (S)he must be able to work collaboratively with the product management team and the program manager to refine the product message.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work across multiple disciplines to distill market data, including competitive information, to feed back to the product and outbound marketing teams

Understand key market trends and competitive landscape, especially from a regional perspective

Identify synergies across products and platforms to enable development of differentiated offering to specific market segments

Develop plan for penetration of primary target markets through strategic events 

Effective and efficient tradeshow planning and execution for both strategic and regional events

Develop lead tracking, qualification and analytics through Salesforce to enable tactics optimization on a quarterly basis based on ROI

Integrate with product managers, program managers, designers and external vendors to insure optimal campaign deployment

Function as liaison with key partners in coordination with account managers and the product team to facilitate product adoption

Support a product concept throughProvide tactical support for product launches both internally and externally

Work collaboratively with reagent product managers and program managers to execute launch and ensure product adoption

Develop regional campaigns designed to communicate the product message to support the overall product marketing plans

Asset management: collateral development, supply management, and deployment to support tactics

Manage outbound marketing budget and external vendor relationships especially for global events logistics

Support of sales and marketing operations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 2+ years of field marketing experience

2 or more years of commercial experience

Experience on demand generation planning and tactical campaign execution including tradeshows, email campaigns, direct mail, etc

Hands-on experience with a Salesforce.com and a marketing automation (building emails, lists and landing pages)

Experience working closely with a direct sales team, regional channel partners and external vendors

Experience with analytics to enable metrics tracking for reporting ROI

Experience holding event budget authority and managing budgets across an event series

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are critical

Preferred Qualifications

B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related field

Proven track record of concisely reporting VOC information to marketing teams

Personal and/or business experience in social or digital media is a plus
