Job Description

Within the Treasury Cash Planning & Financing team, you contribute to optimizing the group's liquidity and financial results.

Your responsibilities focuses on analyses of:

  • The monthly financial result: comparison of actual vs. forecast with insight into variances
  • The cash positions of the group's entities.
  • International banking fees assessment and optimization

Building on these analyses, your prepare the forecasts for:

  • The financial result: annual/monthly; cash impact/P&L impact
  • The monthly gross debt: maturities and accrued interests
  • Gross cash evolution for non-cash-pooled subsidiaries: patterns

You propose and implement solutions to optimize:

  • The cash at Holding level (through dividend repatriation or intercompany loans, etc.).
  • The Financial expenses (guiding subsidiaries int their negotiations with banks).

You also manage:

  • Parent company guarantees, in compliance with financing contract terms
  • Circularization of banking delegations

You also contribute to process improvement and internal control by:

  • Implementing and maintaining a SharePoint to centralize all service guidelines.
  • Suggesting best practices to share with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal control team to identify improvements in process and procedures

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of treasury policy and practices including cash pooling and intercompany loans.
  • Knowledge of financing instruments and their accounting translation,  banking practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software used in treasury - ideally Kyriba.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt and progress.
  • Curiosity and attention to detail, rigorous organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and team work skills, confidentiality.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and to multitask.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Writing skills, and the ability to synthesize information.
