Since opening its doors in 2008, Ubisoft Singapore has become the biggest AAA game development studio in Southeast Asia. The 500-strong studio is home to 35+ different nationalities focused on delivering ambitious gaming experiences to our players. Ubisoft Singapore has been contributing to all the Assassin’s Creed® titles since Assassin’s Creed® II. It innovated within the franchise as the studio behind the naval battle gameplay and water technology in Assassin’s Creed® III, Assassin’s Creed® IV Black Flag® and most recently in Assassin’s Creed® Mirage. Its expertise in AAA and live operations, combined with a passion for naval gameplay, pushed the team to lead the development of Skull and Bones™ which was launched in February 2024.
Job Description
As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for directing, facilitating, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (e.g. Project Coordinator, Production Manager and Associate Producer).
- Prepare project documentation and communication materials;
- Use project scheduling and control tools to update project plans and tasks;
- Assist in the taking of minutes during project meetings and deliver to relevant stakeholders within a reasonable and agreed time frame;
- Follow-up with team on some deliverables and action items;
- Track the progress of project tasks and keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues;
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the relevant stakeholders and/or project team;
- Facilitate some meetings and ensure that they are purposeful and have clear action items and follow-up;
- Resolve some blockers and issues that the team may encounter;
- Ensure the availability of equipment and tools required by the team;
- Communicate ideas for improving processes and facilitate the improvements that have been approved.
