Position Purpose:  
The job holder (M/F) coordinates the administrative procedures and provides the business unit's working team, as well as the Regional Director & Financial Controller, with administrative support.

Primary Duties/responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with the proposal or applicable price list.
  • Verify and control the purchases to be invoiced to the clients (subcontractor) in conjunction with the purchasing department, SSC and on-site purchase requesters to validate the costs for our suppliers.
  • Interact with customers on any issue relating to invoicing, in collaboration with the sales representative.
  • Print various statistical and financial reports when requested by the Directors.
  • Evaluate and prepare the monthly work in progress.
  • Validate the payroll in compliance with the applicable Collective agreement.
  • Provide administrative follow-up at the request of the payroll and human resources department on various issues.
  • Guarantee compliance with the credit department's procedures when performing the tasks.
  • Enforce Veolia's policies & procedures.
  • Respect schedules.
  • Any other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background: 

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Diploma of College Studies in accounting, administration or another related field

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: 

  • Autonomy
  • Spoken and written bilingualism is an advantage

  • Ability to learn new systems (Veolia and Client)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
