Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of NAM Supply Chain’s Strategic Operations Leader, the Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing to completion multiple projects’ plans. Projects will vary from large engineering investments to business processes optimization, to be implemented in North America.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Oversees the simultaneous implementation of 1 to 5 Supply Chain projects in North America, dependent upon each project workload.
● Plans and coordinates a programmatic work plan that is in line with the proposed budget for each project.
● Oversees the project team’s day to day activities to ensure that deliverables are met; reviews day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget expectations.
● Manage the project change control process, including communicating the implications of
changes to the project sponsor.
● Identify and assess issues or risks that may arise, reporting them to the project sponsor.
● Prepare and coordinate reports for internal stakeholders.
● Ensure successful completion of all NAM Supply Chain projects.
Salary: $120,000.00
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
● Ability to lead by influence.
● Experience in Project Management, preferably for manufacturing companies.
● Experience with multi-million engineering projects is a plus.
● Process oriented mindset, incline to optimize business flows.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● 2-5 years of related project management.
Preferred (if applicable):
● PMP Certification.
● Knowledge of Critical Path or Critical Chain methods, and resource loading.
● Planview, or similar tool, experience is a plus.
