Job Description
Drive the growth and profitability of the company through assisting the Dispatch Manager with coordinating lead flow, issue assignment, and scheduling.
Essential Job Functions
Conduct Dispatch Manager responsibilities in his/her absence
Optimize the book of business by matching the best opportunities with the best reps
Maximize the capacity model and quality
Provide scheduling and logistics support to the outside team
Conduct dispositions
Support QA/QC process
Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for people, process, and systems improvements
Build trust with internal and external customers
Attend company and departmental meetings as directed
Participate in ongoing training, development, and certifications
Partner with cross-functional departments to accomplish mutual objectives
Communicate and share best practices
Other actions and assignments as appropriate
Manage 300-500 emails daily
Qualifications
Required Skills
Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, and self-driven
Collaborative style with internal and external customers
Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel and Outlook
Strong Administrative Assistant Skills
Competency in Internet navigation, the use of Webmail, and CRM (ACT!)
Required Experience
Associate Degree or Certification preferred
2 – 5 years of dispatch experience
1 year of operations and/or project management
Previous experience using scheduling tools/applications
