Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Strategist to lead our digital planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B digital marketing, a passion for data-driven strategies and a knack for coordinating cross-functional team to deliver impactful campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing web content and experiences that engage our audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
This role reports to the Director, Digital Strategy. This role is hybrid with 2 days in either our headquarter office located in Jersey City, NJ, or our Boston, MA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Plan and implement multi-channel digital marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives and target audience needs, resulting in increased conversions and lead generation
- Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of digital initiatives across various channels, including email, content marketing, PPC, and SEO, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
- Digital Content Creation and Optimization:
- Design and enhance user journeys to improve website navigation and overall experience
- Collaborate with content and design to ensure content is visually appealing and user-friendly
- Build out campaign landing pages, with the assistance of templates, to drive engagement and conversions for digital campaigns
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Occasionally prepare performance reports for stakeholders or work with the analytics team to derive insights and recommendations for digital campaigns
- Collaboration: Work closely with integrated marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate new ideas into campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related areas or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role or similar position
- Experience in B2B – experience in software, high-tech, or performance marketing a plus
- Experience with working and publishing content in a CMS, preferably Optimizely
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush and SiteImprove
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable results
- Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and deliver commitments in a timely fashion
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical skills
- Strong project management skills: prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive results, guide cross-functional teams, influence others and foster positive collaboration
