JOB DESCRIPTION

In this position you will support the design, development and implementation of the CBT portfolio for a leading resorts management company. This is a good opportunity to build expertise and experience working in an environment of professional development and teamwork. This role is located in Las Vegas, NV and will require a full-time, on-site commitment. 

Expected Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of full-time employment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Day to Day support of the lead CBT developer and Project Manager as necessary

● Responsibilities will include Implementations, adjustments and enhancements

REQUIRED

Minimum Bachelor‘s degree in education related field. Baccalaureate degree with 1-2 years of experience in course design or professional CBT development, a very big plus.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION

Experience with or understanding of LMS system authoring tools like Captivate ( 7 ), graphical layout, digital audio, video a plus.

● Technical Skills - Captivate Version 7 w/ Photoshop

● Flash - very nice to have

● Adult Learning Experience - very nice to have

● Work effectively in a diverse group of CBT professionals
