Job Description

At Visa, we are committed to building product leaders. Your journey begins with our unique leading edge 18-month development program. You will have the ability to learn and develop core skills of a product lifecycle including innovation, design, product marketing, product development/management, solutions development, and commercialization. You will have the opportunity to build your skills through various assignments and projects that can span across human centered design thinking, client innovation, digital product development, platform, partnerships, and product delivery.

Associates have the opportunity to participate in training and experiences to continue all-round learning and development. This includes 1:1 mentorship program, custom training programs, exclusive speaker series, and the opportunity to build your network with our large Associate alumni plus mentors. Global leaders should have exposure to the world, if you have geographical mobility, you can take advantage of the international assignments outside of the Bay Area, including but not limited to London, Dubai, Singapore, and Miami.

At the end of 18 months, you will get to select the full time role that aligns with your passion area and career goals.

Qualifications

Must graduate August 2018-August 2019 to be eligible.
