Job Description

The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member in our worldwide marketing operations team, supporting strategic, integrated marketing objectives that generate, optimize and accelerate awareness, engagement and demand.

She/he will be a primary resource for regional marketing teams, by helping them plan, execute and measure their B2B campaigns using our marketing systems and tools in alignment with global Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and WW Marketing leadership.

Principle Responsibilities
-Align with regional Marketing Programmes team during integrated campaign planning; contribute to objectives, tactics, timeline, budget, messaging and offers, confirming that key operational metrics and best practices are embedded from the start
-Manage regional Marketing Automation (MA) systems/campaign workflows, leveraging an “assess, test and refine" approach that ensures WW consistency/optimization of templates, landing pages, messages/offers, deliverability and QA
-Drive execution for MA-, Event- and Webinar-related initiatives, including emails, forms, campaign set-up, content integration, list management, and successful deployment
-Contribute to campaign segmentation, list management and testing strategies; identify opportunities to improve engagement, actions, and conversion against goals
-In partnership with the global Marketing Reporting lead, contribute to and deliver regional campaign reporting that analyzes results against planned strategies, tactics and success metrics
-Monitor and administer processes between Marketing Automation and CRM systems to ensure lead management workflows are working optimally
-Manage and govern the data in relevant systems to ensure data used in marketing campaigns is accurate and appropriate
-Create processes that streamline workflows and create efficiency

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
-Significant and demonstrable experience in marketing or marketing operations, with experience of directly implementing or managing lead/campaign processes in a MA and/or CRM/SFDC
-Expertise with MA/CRM workflows (Eloqua/Salesforce preferred)
-Strong understanding of B2B lead/funnel models, and the art and science of measuring/tracking business results using MA/CRM – from campaign initiation and conversion to closed revenue
-Balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning; comfortable being a generalist with key areas of deep expertise; ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through; demonstrates a rigor for testing

Preferred experience
-Lead management practices using the Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall model
-Experience with webinar platforms and event management tools (ON24, Cvent, or similar)
-Basic HTML and image editing skills; a critical eye for best practices in email design and copy editing
