Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, or Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines. The work will focus primarily on supporting various state licenses and registrations, including ensuring operational compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, including potentially regulators, outside counsel, and third-party providers.
Essential Functions
- Support the Regulatory Affairs team by tracking, preparing, and submitting reporting to maintain state registrations and licenses.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to obtain information as needed for regulatory submissions.
- Assist with preparing responses to regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and examination requests.
- Assist with monitoring changes to state legislation in the U.S., including consideration of potential business impact.
- Prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting Risk and Regulatory Affairs team as required on projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for payments and the gaming industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and independently manage and prioritize work, while meeting key regulatory deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Employs sound judgment regarding sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English.
Additional information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000.00 to $127,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
