Job Description

  • Develop collaborative relations with multiple partners, merchants and clients, and work with them to identify new opportunities that help grow their business through comprehensive analysis from client data. Expected to be proactive in gathering information & data from different sources (e.g. market research, public information, client reports and internal tool).
  • Engage with cross functional colleagues and lead virtual teams to deliver the right client responses and endeavoring to break down silos and work together as “One Visa”
  • Prospect, Structure and Sell Visa products and services to Merchants, Acquirers, Enablers, PSPs, PayFacs.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
•3-5 years experience in sales management, commercial/business development, consultative sales, partnerships or key account management, in a context of leading international organisations.
•A track record of delivering against ambitious objectives with proven experience to successfully manage the full commercial cycle.
•Experience acquired at leading payments organisation (financial institutions, key industry players, fintechs, etc.) and/or consultancy. Working in a Payment Acquirer is valued for this position.
•Strong industry knowledge of POS and eCommerce acceptance solutions.
•Proven interpersonal, leadership and communication skills to build strong relationships.
•Experience and track record managing to stretch targets
•Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
•Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
