Job Description

The core responsibilities of the role include:

Partnerships Development and Sales Enablement

  • Work with the Benefits Partnership Manager to build strong relationships with vendors, onboarding new vendors and managing existing vendors across the AP region.
  • Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, building strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.
  • Create and maintain general sales presentations materials for adaptation to client-specific pitches.
  • Support proposals including content development, research and pricing inputs.
  • Document processes, key learnings and best practices.
  • Support the timely and effective resolution of benefits-related customer escalations.
  • Develop customized benefits case studies and play back results to internal executive teams across the AP region.
  • Support other Managed Services projects as needed and adapt to evolving business needs

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • An outgoing personality with exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  •  Ability to create timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization and build/maintain effective working relationships across different teams and departments.
  • Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigour in work product
  •  Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual
  • 3-5 years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What will also help:

  • Ideally worked in consulting, partnerships, business development, product management and/or marketing functions
  • Knowledge and interest in cards and/or premium benefits landscape
  • Expert user of Microsoft office tools
  • Post graduate education/Master’s degree will be highly regarded
