Job Description


> Prepare standard, accrual, prepayment and recharge journals
> Prepare standard inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations
> Clear inter-company differences and clearing account balances
> Update fixed asset register and process depreciation and amortization entries
> Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash management processes

Customer Satisfaction
> Ensure the that the expected quality and service levels are maintained
> Maintain good working relationship with on shore peers

Transformation, Innovation and Process Improvements
> Identify areas of improvement in processes owned and informing the management to obtain approval to implement  change
> Identifying non valuing activities to be eliminated and standardize the process
> Operational Development and Continuous Improvement As provided to HR team

Qualifications

Min 1-2 yrs experience in general ledger accounting and related processes in a reputed organization Part Qualified CIMA /ICA /ACCA / CMA / AAT Qualified> Recognizes and assesses several likely causal factors or ways of interpreting the information available.
> Should be Proficient in Microsoft office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) to delivery day to day operational deliverables
> Experience in SAP is an added advantageOperations
