Job Description

  • Work related to the operation of the system for placing orders, invoice register, posting cost invoices, and setting up new contractors  
  • Contact suppliers by e-mail or telephone. Analyze and deliver relevant solutions in response to queries 
  • Active participation in testing new tools solutions 
  • Ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of SLAs. Preparation of monthly reports. 
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in working with the client /helpdesk/AP processes, min 1 year 
  • Fluent in German, min B2 
  • Communicative English min B1 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details  
  • Analytical thinking 
  • Effective time management & prioritizing skills 
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred 
  • MS Office basic knowledge 
  • Ability to multi-task & keep up with a fast-paced environment.
