We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity solutions and a proven track record in presales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet their needs.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their security challenges and provide strategic advice on how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to provide insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to sales teams and partners to enhance their understanding of our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on presales or technical consulting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, technical teams, and customers to achieve common goals.
