Our team in Pune is looking for a new colleague that will take on the role of Tactical Buyer for one of the largest car manufacturing brands in the world.In your role as Transactional Buyer you will:• Collaborate with clients and suppliers from most European Countries• Ensures the daily conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in to Purchase Orders (POs) for indirect purchasing• You will be required to approach suppliers and obtain offers, analyze, and compare prices while eventually deciding to whom you will place the order• Able to search and understand historical data• Understand Client defined SLA and willingness to meet those targets.

Qualifications:• Minimum experience in purchasing experience or similar supply chain field required• Has good knowledge of the Purchase to Order process• Ability to follow procedures and sequential processes.• Good knowledge of purchasing systems would be an advantage (SAP, eSAP/SRM, SAP S4)• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially, Outlook & Excel)• Ability of understating the overall requirements and to act accordingly• Being self-motivated, a team player and capable of taking on operational responsibility quickly• Ability to work in an international environment.• Problem solving oriented.• Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines while paying attention to detail.• Integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation)• B2 English language level is mandatory.
